Delete account and data
هذه الصفحة توضح طريقة مسح حساب «سفرة دايمة» (من أمواج للتكنولوجيا) وكل البيانات المرتبطة به.
الطريقة 1: من داخل التطبيق (الأسرع)
- فتح التطبيق، ثم «حسابي».
- الضغط على «مسح الحساب».
- تأكيد المسح.
ما يُمسح من خوادمنا فورًا: الحساب نفسه (بيانات الدخول بـ Google: الاسم والبريد ورابط الصورة)، وإعداد البيت، والإعدادات، والمنيو، والأكلات الثابتة والتفضيلات، والمكونات المتوفرة في البيت، وعلامات اللستة، وسجل «طبختها»، والفواتير المحفوظة، وكل روابط اللستة المشتركة التي أُنشئت (ومنها الروابط التي أُنشئت على نفس الموبايل قبل تسجيل الدخول)، وعدّادات مسح الفواتير. بعدها تُمسح البيانات من الموبايل، ومنها سجل محادثة «اسأل الطبّاخ» (لا نحفظ نصه على خوادمنا أصلًا).
بدون حساب (ضيف): نفس الزر يمسح كل البيانات من الموبايل، ويمسح روابط اللستة المشتركة التي أُنشئت من هذا الموبايل.
الطريقة 2: بدون التطبيق
إرسال بريد إلكتروني إلى amwaj.sofradayma@gmail.com من نفس بريد Google المستخدم في تسجيل الدخول، بعنوان «مسح حسابي» (أو Delete my account). نتحقق من الطلب ونمسح الحساب وكل بياناته خلال 30 يومًا [للمراجعة القانونية]، ونرسل تأكيدًا بالبريد.
ملاحظات مهمة
- حذف التطبيق من الموبايل لا يمسح الحساب من الخادم.
- صور الفواتير لا نحفظها أصلًا، فلا يوجد ما يُمسح منها لدينا. (الصور المرسلة سابقًا لخدمة Gemini من Google على الباقة المجانية تخضع لشروط Google، انظر سياسة الخصوصية، البند 5. وكذلك رسائل «اسأل الطبّاخ» المرسلة سابقًا، البند 6.)
- بعد المسح لا نحتفظ بأي بيانات مرتبطة بحسابك إلا ما يفرضه القانون [للمراجعة القانونية]. ما يبقى كأرقام مجهّلة فقط: إحصاءات الاستخدام وأحداث الإعلانات وعدّادات «اسأل الطبّاخ» وسجل طلباته (بدون نص). في لحظة المسح نحذف منها معرّف الحساب ونستبدل أي معرّف عشوائي بمعرّف جديد لا يمكن ربطه بك أو بموبايلك، فتبقى محسوبة في الأرقام فقط. الأحداث نفسها تبقى 12 شهرًا (سجل «اسأل الطبّاخ» حتى 3 أشهر تقريبًا، والعدّادات 14 يومًا)، ثم تتحول إلى أرقام شهرية مجمّعة فقط نحتفظ بها دائمًا. النسخ الاحتياطية لدى مزوّد الاستضافة قد تبقى فيها البيانات فترة قصيرة قبل استبدالها [للمراجعة القانونية].

Delete your Sofra Dayma account (English)
How to delete your Sofra Dayma account (developer: Amwaj Technology) and all data linked to it.
Option 1: in the app (fastest)
- Open the app and go to «حسابي» (My account).
- Tap «مسح الحساب» (Delete account).
- Confirm.
Deleted from our servers immediately: your account (Google sign-in data: name, email, photo URL), household setup, settings, menus, fixed dishes and preferences, pantry, list ticks, cooked history, saved receipts, every shared-list link you created (including ones made on that phone before you signed in), and receipt-scan counters. The data on the phone is then cleared, including the «اسأل الطبّاخ» chat history (we never store its text on our servers).
Without an account (guest): the same button clears all data on the phone and deletes the shared-list links created from that phone.
Option 2: without the app
Email amwaj.sofradayma@gmail.com from the Google address you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my account" («مسح حسابي»). We verify the request, delete the account and all its data within 30 days [for legal review], and confirm by email.
Good to know
- Uninstalling the app does not delete your account on our server.
- We never store receipt photos, so there are none to delete on our side. (Photos already sent to Google's Gemini service on the free tier are subject to Google's terms — see section 5 of the Privacy Policy; the same applies to «اسأل الطبّاخ» messages already sent, section 6.)
- After deletion we keep nothing linked to your account, except anything the law requires [for legal review]. What remains, only as anonymous numbers: usage statistics, ad events, and the «اسأل الطبّاخ» counters and request log (no text). At the moment of deletion we remove the account ID from them and replace any random ID with a new one that cannot be linked to you or your phone, so they only stay counted in the totals. The events themselves are kept for 12 months (the «اسأل الطبّاخ» log up to about 3 months, the counters 14 days), then turned into monthly totals only, which we keep indefinitely. Hosting-provider backups may hold data for a short time before being overwritten [for legal review].
- Technical logs at our hosting provider are removed automatically after a short period set by the provider [for legal review].
